The property is located in a small charming medieval village in Chieti province. The village lays on top of a pleasant green hill between two rivers at an altitude of 554 mt and it has a beautiful views stretching from mountains (Maiella massif) to sea (tremiti islands); in fact it has been called “the terrace over the Adriatic sea”. The whole village covers 26,20 sqkm. Its ancient history is still evident in the findings of remains dating back to roman and medieval period, in the churches, in the ancient walls and castle. When touring the village the most astonishing experience is strolling the alleys (“ruelle”), meeting very friendly people and tasting the many local specialities. It takes 20 minutes drive to Vasto where you can enjoy the beautiful sandy beaches and 1 hour and half to ski resorts.
