As you approach this property, it is impossible not to admire the views. The land gradually slopes down away from the road on both sides, making you feel as though you on top of the world. There are sea views on one side and mountain views on the other.
The property is of stone and brick construction and consists of 2 storage room downstairs, which are to be restored. Upstairs, there is a bathroom, living room and 2 bedrooms. It is habitable, only needing modernisation. There are many original features which can be retained, such as built-in cupboards, wooden beams and original brick flooring.
There is a separate summer kitchen, with fireplace. Also, there are grottos in the garden, and a pizza oven.
Near to the house, there is a small vineyard and many fruit trees, including fig and loquat. The views of both the Maiella and Gran Sasso mountains are breath-taking and you can also see many local villages, in all directions.
11 large ancient oak trees form the boundary of the land and there are also 50 olive trees, enough to give you a plentiful supply of oil each year.
