The house is situated in the centre of the promontory of Monte Argentario, near the fresh spring of Sguazzatoio, from where it gets its name, it faces the south coast of Argentario and has a magnificent view of the sea. The main buiding is made up of a living room, a large kitchen, a bathroom, a double bedroom and a bedroom with bunkbeds. The is also a guest house of 30 square metres with an ensuite bathroom. From the harbour of Porto Santo Stefano it is possibile to take a ferry and visit the various islands of the arcipelago: Giglio, Giannutri, Elba, Montecristo etc. The beaches and coves are 10 minutes away by car. Maremma offers the possibility to discover small medieval villages where you can appreciate the architecture, the views and the local food. The farms and vineyards offer wine and tasting of the products made by them: olive oil, wine, cheese, salame, honey etc. In the heart of Maremma surges the splendid thermal springs: Saturnia where you can have a warm relaxing bathe even in the winter. The area is a protected area and it is possible to enjoy the wild nature and fauna. At the lagoon of Orbetello live herons, cormants and flamingos. Argentario offers also a new golf course with 18 holes, an international polo field, tennis courts, a sailing school at the yacht club and diving courses and trips.
