The villa has been built in top quality materials, all the windows are mahogany coloured hardwood frames with lovely feature double glazed units and the lovely internal doors all perfect condition have feature glazing where appropriate.
Other property features gas central heating, electronic gates which operates either from inside the villa or by small remote controls .there is also a telephone link from villa to outside the gates, The property also has a artesian well which guarantees a continuous water supply to the villa plus external points for watering the land, mains electricity, nice lights line the drive and outside the property.
There is plenty of space for a swimming pool and a tennis court.

To reiterate about San Vito apart from many small shops selling every item one would need, deli’s, butchers, bakers, greengrocers hardware etc.
Monday is market day with many stalls selling clothes, shoes, hardware and wonderful fresh salad, fruit and vegetables there are many small supermarkets plus a larger GS supermarket and a Lidl.
During the main summer months the town has a program of events concerts with different types of music and dance, art exhibitions etc which are on most evenings.
The beaches are sandy and provide safe bathing in the lovely clear blue and green Adriatic, The nearby famous WW beach at Torre Guaceto is only 10 minutes away and has miles of lovely sand and beautiful views of the bay.
